Cancellation policy:
We exercise a considerate Cancellation and Refund policy for seamless customer satisfaction.
We initiate the projects with careful consideration, a detailed analysis of our client’s product/services. Cancellation requests should be made by considering all of the above.
The request should be raised before the developmental phase. Once the mock designs are approved, there will be no refund done. Offers are to be only made to accounts, wait for approval from our side. Until approved, the request won’t be considered valid.
Refund policy:
Assent Advertising does not guarantee any refunds for the cancellation of its provided services. We strictly abide by the agreement signed by our client. Also, no refund will be done for the transaction charges. Half-delivered services are not open to refunding. Any services in the developmental stage or anything that causes any loss to Ascent are non-recoverable.
Modification:
